Tours of Katschberg´s Bio heating system

Following an investment of 4.7 million Euros the Katschberg area is proud of its localised bio heating system which serves the local population and 100% of the resort’s businesses.  Because of the switch from conventional heating systems the reduction in pollution had reduced from 3.3 million CO2 emissions per year.  This significant change has benefited the local area by reducing pollution, the greenhouse effect and increasing the overall living quality.
