This adventure hike is suitable for all ages and levels. Start out from the car park/barbeque area just before Pöllatal. Along the journey there are information points providing suggestions and information about the area for hikers. For children there are clues to solve and some exciting puzzles.The hike is 6 km to the Kochlöffelhütte. Journey back by foot or on board the Choo-Choo train. Journey time is approximately 2 hours.

From the Kochlöffelhütte follow the route way over to Lieserfall, then on to Lanisch Ochsenhütte and onwards to Lanischseen at the foot of the snow-capped summit.
If you have time hike onwards further to Lower Lanischsee or even to Upper Lanischsee or Ödenlanischsee this requires even more energy and increased fitness levels!
