Package booking

(only applies to packages concluded with the Region Katschberg Lieser-Maltatal GmbH)

• For additional services such as ski pass, admission tickets, etc. there is no cancellation fee in the case of a declaration of cancellation prior to departure - unless expressly stated in the offer. If the customer does not make use of individual travel services for reasons attributable to him (e.g. due to early departure or for other compelling reasons), there is no entitlement to a proportionate reimbursement of the travel price. If the vouchers or tickets are not sent with the booking confirmation, they can be obtained from the Region Katschberg Lieser-Maltatal GmbH on presentation of the booking confirmation.
• Accommodation bookings with additional services (packages) can only be booked through the Region Katschberg Lieser-Maltatal GmbH.

Accommodation booking

Your future contractual partner (i.e. Region Katschberg Lieser-Maltatal GmbH or, in the case of the accommodation providers brokered by Region Katschberg Lieser-Maltatal GmbH), has the right to terminate the accommodation contract to be concluded in the subsequent booking process by means of a unilateral declaration at the latest 3 months before arrival. Attention: If the payment deadline has not been met and no sublet has been made, the legal claim (empty bed fee) against the guest remains!

If no other cancellation conditions are specified when booking an individually selected accommodation, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (2006) apply. These are available for you to download here. Payment for the entire arrangement is made directly through your accommodation.

Cancellation conditions (extract from the general business and travel conditions):

• Up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel for free
• from 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the travel price
• from 1 month to 1 week before arrival we charge 70% of the travel price
• if you cancel within the last week before your arrival we charge 90 % of the travel price.

If you cancel the booking (within 3 months before arrival), you have to

• pay the cancellation fee directly to the booked accommodation when the accommodation was conveyed by the Region Katschberg Lieser-Maltatal GmbH.
• pay the cancellation fee directly to the Region Katschberg Lieser-Maltatal GmbH for packages concluded directly with the Region Katschberg Lieser-Maltatal GmbH. If the travel price has already been paid in full by you, it will be refunded proportionally within the meaning of § 5 (6) ABGH in the case of packages concluded directly with the Region Katschberg Lieser-Maltatal GmbH.

If you take out travel cancellation protection, send the medical certificate or, in the case of non-medical reasons, corresponding documents (loss of job, draft notice, etc.) to the booking office within 2 weeks of cancellation. We endeavor to process claims quickly and smoothly.
