to Lieser/Maltatal: take the A10/Tauernautobahn (Katschbergtunnel toll) highway until the exit of Gmünd or follow the street from Katschberghöhe to Rennweg and take the A10/Tauernautobahn to the exit Gmünd. From Gmünd you can easily reach all the villages of Lieser/Maltatal.
